The booking of the photoshoot becomes effective after a 30% deposit.

Deposit is non-refundable if you would like to cancel your photoshoot.

By booking an outdoor photoshoot, you should be prepared for any weather conditions.

I always encourage clients to embrace all weather conditions and do not reschedule due to bad weather. However, if it’s absolutely impossible for us to be outside, we will of course reschedule it or come up with a plan B.

By booking a photoshoot, you agree to my photo editing style (the style can be seen in my Instagram profile & portfolio).

The selection of the best shots for editing is at the photographer's discretion.

The edited photo gallery will be sent within 2-3 weeks (in case of unforeseen circumstances, the timeframe may change).

You will receive all necessary assistance both before and during the photoshoot.

You will receive the photos from the photoshoot via a private gallery link, where the images will be stored for 1 year, so you need to download them in time, as I do not keep them after that.

For out-of-London photoshoots, the client covers travel costs. This is discussed separately and the clear quote will be shown in the invoice.

You will receive previews 72 hours after your photoshoot. The previews usually include up to 20% of the total image amount displayed for each package. For example, if your package include 100 images, you will receive 20 previews.

I reserve the right to use your photos and videos from the photoshoot for my portfolio and social media. However, if you wish to maintain confidentiality you have to inform me of your desire BEFORE booking so I can make a note.

Film Photography Disclaimer:
Due to the nature of shooting on film, not every frame captured on a roll will be delivered. The photographer will select and deliver only the best, artistically and technically successful images, in line with their professional style and vision. In the unlikely event that a photoshoot does not produce usable results due to a technical failure of the film camera (for example, all images being unusable or irreparably out of focus), the client will be entitled to a refund of the film add-on fee excluding the costs related to film stock and film development.
